I like Line Rider and Helicopter. And I’ll have to check The Last Stand out.

Here are some good ones that didn’t make their list:

These games at Play.vg can be downloaded and played on your desktop. Just go to File > Save As > Web Page, Complete. Two files will be downloaded. The html file, and its folder. Open up the downloaded folder and move the flash file to your desktop (the flash file will have a .swf or .flv extension–it will be the biggest file in the folder). Delete the folder and html file. Double click the flash file. If you have a flash player installed on your system (most likely you do), you should be able to play offline.
